Profile Description	Essential skills: Technical background with infrastructure and/or development experience, with all round experience that covers stability, good understanding of technology risk, reporting and project management. 5-8 years technical experience, preferably in the banking sector. Excellent command on written and spoken English language skills, clear .oral communication skills. Must be willing and able to express new ideas, concerns and opinions directly to wider teams in team meetings and through teleconference. Comfortable with the administrative nature of the role where routine and regular systems and tools updates would be required. Excellent documentation (PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word) is essential. Attention to detail Organized and methodical in approach Ability to work independently Ability to influence others to get the job done Ability to work under tight timeline pressure and manage multiple tasks Professional, flexible and willing to learn on the job Ability to work in flexible shift (e.g. Hong Kong/Singapore business hours) and weekend working (as well as on-call and remote access/support) will be required on a rotation shift as well.
