IBM - Priority Hiring Requirements for C# / .Net

1) C#.Net
 4 yrs exp, C#.Net, Good Multithreading concepts,
should have good knowledge on NUnit/MbUnit,
Agile awareness, WPF and Silverlight .

2)  DOTNET- TL -
 Person should have at least 7-10 years of experience in designing & developing Web applications using ASP.NET with C# preferably with the below criteria.

 Mandatory skills:-
·    Strong experience in Asp.NET, C# applications, MVC is a must
·    Good experience in HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, CSS and XML is a must
·    Knowledge on SQL Server and Oracle DB is must.
·    Good hands on experience in writing Stored Procedures is required.
·    Knowledge on ASP.NET AJAX is required.
·    Should be good in Design and Web development/Object oriented programming.
·    Should have knowledge on application framework like MS Application blocks, WCSF, MVC, AJAX
·    Proven experience on Software Development Life Cycle Processes
·    Experience of source control tools (SVN, VSS, TFS)
·    Strong logical and analytical skills
·    Good written and verbal communication skills.
·    Demonstrated experience in translating Functional specs into Technical designs
·    Be a key mentor to improve functional and technical skills of team members who need the knowledge
·    Take initiatives to add value to the organization/department/project with new innovations
·    Act up to client satisfaction as one of the most important objectives
