Job Description:-
End-to-end Volume and MID level recruitment for the location which will include Sourcing to On boarding.
Sourcing & Validating Profiles through various channels to meet the internal requirement for various departments.
Compensation fitment & discussion
Interacting with external agencies to develop and align the Market to Wipro BPO
Implementation of Hiring related policies & processes
Maintaining MIS

Walk in on Weekdays (2pm - 4pm)
