Experience in Core Java hands on experience must. Should have Good
Communication Skills and Team Management Skills.

Job Description:

Leading a team of Software developers, Client Interaction,
Requirements Gathering and Analysis and Designing of Software.
To handle US Clients and should be willing to travel if required.
To catch up with new technologies and to work in a high-paced dynamic
environment with unknown requirements, deadline pressures etc.
Leading application integration, design and code quality issues on a
project.
Driving or supporting the software and platform selection process.
