Experience as a Technical Lead on multiple projects from inception to completion
Experience with Agile software development practices and tools
Coordinate with Business Analyst and solution groups to understand the business requirements

o Lead the development, testing and deployment of product and web services
Proven experience with J2EE, Spring, and Apache
