Skills Required for TA / TTL / PM / SPM – Automation /Performance /DW Testing

• Define test scope, estimates and timelines and overall test strategy
• Project planning, tracking and status reporting
• Motivate and mentor team members
• Participate in proposal design and client presentations
• Participate in activities like test process / methodology definitions / enhancements, building a Body of Knowledge, etc
• Experience in Testing Tool – QTP, Clearquest, Borland Silktest, Open STA, Load Runner
