Requirement for: Dot Net SSE/Tech Lead/ Technical Consultant Technical Lead profile: Key Skills: C#, OOPS and Design Patterns Mandatory Skills: Very strong basics of C# Excellent knowledge of OOPS concepts Technical Lead: • Require around 7 to 10 years of related experience, very hands on (Expected to code for the project deliverables 80% of the time) • Strong Ability to understand in-house frameworks and work with the team to improve their exposure to complex parts of the framework. • Strong fundamentals in Core Programming in .Net, Object Oriented design and Database Design • 2+ years of experience in Designing applications varying from moderate to high complexity using SOA • Very good hold on design patterns & architectural patterns. • Hands on experience no both winforms & Web forms • Good Experience on WCF • Good knowledge of Database • Experience of open-source tools, Continuous Integration, automated testing, Agile methodology • Exposure to performance tuning, logging, monitoring, scalability, design by interfaces. • Experience in developing reusable software components based on the design specifications • Experience in team leading skills • Good Experience in Test Driven Development • Capability to work with clients to establish and maintain a consistent development methodology • Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented • Uses functional knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving moderately complex development problems. • Investment Banking experience in trading systems for capital market products is a big plus • Pro-active problem solving attitude • Strong written and communication skills - In-depth expertise on developing SOA services using web services - Excellent hands-on knowledge on implementing web service security - Hands-on knowledge of deployment & trouble shooting of service layer. - Hands on application performance profiling & enhancements - In-depth code reviews & ownership of deliverable quality - Excellent client interaction skills - Ability & inclination to understand business & constructively challenge requirements. - Eye for detail. - Excellent skills of designing & implementing complex UI for widows applications using WPF to present large data volumes. - Good ergonomics skills. - Hands on component performance profiling & optimizing resources. - In-depth code reviews & delivery ownership in terms of scope & quality. - Excellent client interaction skills - Ability & inclination to understand business & constructively challenge requirements. - Eye for detail. SSE: • Require 5-7 years related experience • Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process defined • Strong fundamentals in Core Programming, Object Oriented design • Strong Experience on C# .Net & WCF, Silverlight • Good knowledge of Database • Hands on experience in low level design using UML & Design Patterns • Hands on experience in both winforms & webforms • 1+ years of work experience on SOA applications • Experience in developing reusable software components based on the design specifications • Experience in preparing and conducting code reviews • Experience in creating enhancing and executing unit tests using test driven approach • Experience in open-source tools, continuous integration • Capability to work independently with clients to establish and maintain a consistent development methodology • Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended • Investment Banking experience is a big plus • The ideal candidate for this position will have a very strong understanding of software development focusing on delivering a software product with high code quality • Pro-active problem solving attitude • Strong written and communication skills • The individual also must be an independent self-starter with strong problem solving skills - In-depth expertise on developing SOA services using web services - Hands-on knowledge on implementing web service security - Understanding of deployment & trouble shooting of service layer. - Troubleshooting & fixing application performance issues. - High coding standards & high quality code reviews. - Good client interaction skills - Ability & inclination to understand business & constructively challenge requirements.
