Requirement: QA Lead
Experience: 8-10 Yrs
Location: Salem
As an Team Lead, he would be assigning the tasks to the team, Monitor on the deliverables & inform Management on the progress through frequent reports

Proven experience in Software testing of Web based Applications.
Strong Analytical skills and well versed with Software testing life cycle.
Estimation of the testing activities.
Understand requirements and create the test plans/ scenarios and ensure complete coverage of the test scenarios.
Knowledge/exposure to Automation tool like QTP and VB Scripting.
Knowledge of defect logging and tracking process.Software Metrics.
Willingness to work to tight deadlines within a dynamic environment where requirements and priorities can frequently change.
Should pay attention to detail and focus on the quality deliverables.
Good verbal, written and presentation skills.Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Real Estate and Insurance domain is a plus.
