JOB ROLE: As a PeopleSoft Functional consultant - The main duty of is to transfer external know-how to the client. It is not manpower that counts but intelligence, understanding of processes, a feeling for defects and common sense.
Analysis & Recommendation:
1. To evaluate the current business process of the client.
2. Document the current process/cycle and make recommendations for system that will support & improve the business flow.
With Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
Mandatory Qualifications: MBA-HR (2011 & 2012 Passed-out only)
