Pune Delivery manager:                                                                                           • Management of AVM portfolio of applications with team size 40 working in varied technologies i.e. J2EE, Oracle (PL/SQL), ASP, .net etc. • Manage complexities in the team arising out of composition                                                                                   • Proactively manage risks. Plan and track short term & long term mitigation action plans. Become chief convenor for the portfolio for driving delivery excellence. • Management of Forecasting & Budgeting (ESA) for larger account teams i.e. including horizontals. • Prepare regular status report of the project for senior management and client stakeholders. • Manage high level of Employee Engagement for driving best in class deliveries. 10-13 Yrs.
