Senior / Lead Interaction Designer Senior Tech Lead - Interaction Design	The position requires to lead and collaborate with a team of Interaction designers and UI designers to produce superior user interfaces Technical management of all stages of the User Experience Design (UxD) process Well versed with estimation techniques for UCD activities Well versed with User Centered Design (UCD) methodology Thorough understanding and  implementation of various UCD activities Creating and maintaining UI Bug loggers, Accessibility testing tools, UI Templating, working with client's Style-guide specifications.
