Executive - Software Support (Trainee)

Job Description : An individual is expected to have experience in: • Functional testing of products. • Participate in the system study. • Maintain defect database and bug tracking system. • The installation of product. • Interaction with the clients. • Knowledge of configuration management will be an added advantage. Desired Skills : • Only B.Sc IT/ CS / BCA / Diploma in Computer Science. • 0-1 Years of experience in deployment of software tools. • Knowledge of contemporary S/W products. • Knowledge of VSS will be preferred. • Knowledge of OS, HW capabilities and one or more S/W specialty areas such as Application Package, DBMS, Middleware Products, Networking • and Communication. • Thorough knowledge of system integration issues. • Ability to gather and analyse data and draw logical conclusions.
