HCL Technologies is organizing a walk-in event in Chennai on Sunday, January 9, 2011 from 9:30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. for the roles of MTS/Lead Engineer. The openings are in Chennai.

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MS (EEE, IT, ECE, CSE)/ M.SC (CSE / IT) / MCA

Java Programmers	Expertise in Java programming Design and development using Java/J2ee/Web services Strong in analytical reasoning and problem solving Exposure in SNMP/NMS/TCP is an advantage Flair to learn new technologies	3 – 6 years
Open Systems C / C++ Programmers	Hands-on experience in C or C++ programming Development experience on a Linux, Unix, VxWorks or RTO’s Experience in any of the following areas: TCP / IP Layer 2 LAN protocols like MSTP, RSTP, PVST, LACP, VRRP Layer 3 protocols like RIP, OSPF, BGP, Multicast routing - PIM-SM, PIM-DM, DVMRP Layer 4 – 7 protocol optimization MPLS , IPV4, IPV6 Video, Cable, RF Gateway	3 – 6 years
Datacom (Protocol Testing)	Experience in Network Product Testing In-depth understanding in networking concepts Familiar with Testing methodologies and exposure in Testing tools like IXIA , Spirent and Smart bits Proficient in Layer 2/ Layer 3 Technologies Experience in scripting languages like TCL, Perl or Shell	2 – 6 years
