	Senior / Expert Programmer and Team Leads (3 – 8 years experience) Must have: J2EE with any one framework [Struts / Springs / Hibernate] knowledge. Good to have: JSF, WebServices & EJB. Role: Sound knowledge on J2EE, and well versed with SDLC phases analysis, design, coding, testing, UAT and delivery of the project. To take initiative in meeting project deadlines without compromising on the quality of the deliverables. Manage customer escalations if any. Guiding & Mentoring team members. Senior / Expert Programmer and Team Leads (3 – 8 years experience) Informatica: Informatica, Oracle, PL / SQL, and well versed with SDLC phases, analysis, design, coding, testing, UAT and delivery of the project. COGNOS: Core areas of skill are design and development using Oracle, MSSQL and BI tools like COGNOS and hands-on experience on COGNOS 8 tools. BO: Analysis and Design of BO Universe and reports. Perform development / BO setup of varying complexity. DataStage: Should have ETL Architecture with DataStage. Excellent PL/SQL skills and should have done performance tuning. Joining Location: Mumbai / Chennai / Hyderabad
	1. Mainframe Delivery Manager: 12 - 15 years with PMP certification having strong experience in ITIL, Process Management, Issue and Risk Management. 2. Informatica – Senior Developers / Leads: 6+ years of experience in Informatica/ETL, SQL and Unix, having end to end Datawarehousing and ETL Implementation experience. 3. Datawarehousing Project Manager: 9+ years of experience in Data Warehousing having strong project management skills. 4. Mainframe Tech Lead: 6+ years experience in Mainframe (Cobol, CICS, DB2, VSAM) having worked in Financial Services Domain and led a team of 4-5 people. 5. Core Java – Senior Developers / Lead: 6+ years of experience in Core Java, OOPS, Java Util, Exception Management, String Builder, String Buffer and Design Principal 6. Java J2EE Senior Developers / Lead: 6+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, spring, hibernate, Application Architecture & Design, UML and OOPS. 7. Test Lead / Manager – Banking / Capital Markets: 6 years+ of testing experience with 3 - 4 years in Banking/Capital Markets domain having led a team of more than 5 -1 5 people.
