Experience: 3-10 years

1) Web Developers / Programmers

Experience in technologies namely Web – HTML4, HTML 5 / CSS3 , XHTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, YUI / GWT, EXT JS, DOJO, AJAX, accessibility, mobile web. Flex/Actionscript & Tools namely Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.

2)Rich Internet Applications / Flex

Experience in technologies namely RIA - Flash FLEX, Adobe Air & tools like Catalyst, Flex 4.0, Adobe Livecycle ES, Mosaic OR Microsoft Silverlight, MS Expression Blend, And knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, Web Services, Design patterns, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash

3)Visual Design

· Ability to develop visual concepts and interactive solutions for web & hand held UI design projects.

· Create visual designs that effectively communicate product function and brand identity, including the design and production of screen layouts, color palettes, typography, user interface elements, and icons.

· Communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale, both verbally and visually to the client

· Demonstrates expertise in standard interactive design tools: Adobe CS Photoshop, Illustrator, Coraldraw, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash as well as Intermediate level understanding of JavaScript and Action Script, Indesign would be plus.

3)UX Consultant / Interaction Design

· Ability to define and drive UX strategy, to build compelling business case for UX, to scope and manage UX projects and/or large UX programs

· Ability to understand Business Goals and transform them into rich, efficient and usable design solutions

· Deep dive in solving design problems for – Web-Internet Solutions/ Intranet/ Desktop Applications/ Web Applications/ Handheld devices like iPad, iPhone, Blackberry, etc.

· Complete hands-on on User Experience Life Cycle and Methodology

· Understanding of Accessibility norms for UX Design

· Appreciation for Visual Design and Branding

· Expertise in standard interactive tools: Visio, PowerPoint, MS Office, Axure, Dreamweaver

4)Web Analytics

Experience in reporting / implementation of tools such Omniture, WebTrends, Coremetrics, Unica and Google Analytics. Skillsets in data analysis and Insights would also be considered.
