Business Analysts - PROPERTY AND CASUALTY (P&C)

Location: Chennai
Role: Business Analyst
Experience: 4 – 7 years
Qualification: Any

The ideal candidate should possess :
• Minimum 4 years experience in P&C Insurance domain
• Minimum 2 years in the IT Industry in the role of Business Analyst or Product expert in Insurance related applications is a MUST
• Expertise in Insurance business processes viz. Quoting / Rating / underwriting, accounting, policy service, Agency administration, claims, reinsurance, Regulatory & Compliance etc in P&C in one or multiple lines (Personal or Commercial)
• Business Analysis functions with Strong Domain expertise and good technical understanding
• Preparing BRDs, FSDs and co-coordinating for Functional and Non-functional testing for Insurance Delivery projects
• Preference will be given to candidates with Insurance certifications
• Good verbal and written communication is a must

Senior Business Analysts / Business Manager PROPERTY AND CASUALTY (P&C)

The ideal candidate should possess :
• Minimum 7 years of P&C Insurance domain experience
• Minimum 2 years in the IT Industry in the role of Business Analyst or Product expert in Insurance related applications is a MUST

• The candidate must have at least 3 years of IT Industry exposure to a Geography model in Insurance or in similar roles
• Preparing BRDs, FSDs and co-coordinating for Functional and Non-functional testing for Insurance Delivery projects

• Complete understanding of SDLC and able to handle simple-to-complex projects from concept stage to go-live stage.

User Interface Designers

• Experience developing Paper Prototypes/Wireframes/Online Prototypes (Fully functional)
