8. IT PLANNING
Development of Quality Standards across all Services provided. Plan & control all items/issues related to the IT department budge. Establish Service Level Agreements with business users.

16. IT CONTROL SYSTEMS AUTOMATION (LEAD)
The role is direct supervision of all IT Automation and Control solutions/systems across the Organization such as SCADA system, Fuel Facs and others. Design, deploy and ensure the continuous operation of all Automated Equipments and control devices.
17. IT RETAIL AUTOMATION (LEAD)
To install, implement & maintain all Retail and Fleet Automation Systems across the organization (such as retail RFID systems, POS, forecourt controllers (DOMS, POSTEC). Site survey, approval and acceptance. Implementing system commissioning Analyze and evaluate all technical requirements pertaining to Petrol Station Retail Automation.
18. NETWORK ENGINEER (LEAD)
Responsible in planning, analyzing, designing, engineering and implementing new and expansion of existing system. Network certification a must (Cisco or/and Extreme Networks and/or Avaya). Experienced in Network Administration on maintenance, design and configuration.
19. TELECOM ENGINEER (LEAD)
Responsible in planning, analyzing, designing, engineering and implementing new and expansion of telecommunication systems including high end VOIP solutions. Experience with voice telecommunications and design and implementation of VoIP technologies.
20. HEAD OF IT SECURITY
Overall Information Security efforts within WOQOD. Develop & manage the implementation of company wide Information Security Policies. Professional information security certifications (such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS, ISO 27001) strongly desired.
BS degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Electronics & Communications or equivalent K, Information Security, IT related fields equipped. At least 4-8 years
