Opening @ CTS - Employee referral

Please note further conditions :
• A full-time degree in B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc/ BCA/ MCA/ M.E./ M.Tech/ M.Sc with consistent first class throughout is mandatory.
• Interview Timings are from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM
• Candidates who have been interviewed over the last 6 months are not eligible to apply.
• All resumes will be screened at the venue and only shortlisted candidates will be taken through the interview process. 
• If your resume has already been uploaded in CTS portal in last 6 months, kindly do not send resume again, as the portal will not accept your resume again.

Candidate Checklist of Mandatory Documents required at the time of Interview are :
· 2 copies of the resume
· Current employee ID card and photocopy of the same
· Last 3 month’s pay slip and recent appraisal letter from current employer
· In case of less than 3 months experience with current employer, appointment letter of the current employer will suffice.
· Copy of all relieving & service certificates of the previous employer
· Kindly create a Candidate ID on www.cognizant.com & bring the same along with you.
· Proof of residence in current location
· Photocopy of passport or any Govt ID proof with photograph
· 6 passport size photographs – taken recently
· Copy of all certificates and consolidated mark sheets – 10th /12th/Diploma/UG/PG (in case consolidated mark sheet is unavailable, a copy of all mark sheets will suffice)
