Job Responsibilities
o Provides technical support on SAP Basis systems including establishing standards and requirements
o Evaluating and directing enhancements, and implementing solutions for performance monitoring, and systems configuration,
o Design and implementation.
o Designs and develops SAP architecture requirements and specifications to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs.
o Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
o Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
o Performs a variety of tasks.
o A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
o Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
o Evaluation and design of interfaces between SAP R/3 and external systems, maintenance of the SAP Data Dictionary and database objects.
o Manage the migration of SAP database and application configuration into production.
o TMS, client strategy and maintenance, system performance tuning and monitoring, application of Hot Packs and OSS Notes.
