Technical Skills – Desirables:
• Must have an overall working experience in Technical Writing for 4-5 years.
Competencies – Must have:
• Should have knowledge of structuring User Guides, Online Help Systems, Installation Guide, Operations manuals, QRGs, and all other Technical Documentation.
Competencies – Desirables:
• Should be able to work closely with SMEs, product managers, developers, testers, QA, and support engineers to ensure that the documentation is technical correct, complete, and according to the company standards.

• Minimum Qualification must be a Graduate – B.A, BSc.
