The
Role:
Reach for new revenue-generating heights as a Sales

knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical

entrepreneurial drive to target, educate and persuade new customers to embrace
Google's latest advertising products and technologies. Using your influencing
and relationship building skills, you provide Google caliber client service,
research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, understand
the details of individual campaigns and persistently explore and uncover the
business needs of your key clients. Working with them, you set the vision and

An
Account Planner at Google is responsible for identification and execution of
account growth opportunities in advertiser accounts so as to achieve quarterly
revenue targets and maximize RoI on AdWords investment for advertisers. This
involves working closely with the in-market sales teams and use of various tools
for Account analysis, market research, data analytics as well as strong
knowledge of Google's products &
platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Identify incremental opportunity within accounts and collaborating with the
team and its Account Manager to implement the plan
- Understand and implement account and campaign optimization plans and execute
flawlessly on the techniques and types of optimization
- Create reports to support or aid the optimization/incremental opportunity,
strategize and support the team’s requirements for report creation and their
analysis
- Contribute to the overall achievement of the team's revenue and non-revenue
targets
Minimum qualifications:
- BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 5 years relevant work
experience)
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in an analytical role, working with data to identify trends and
make recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention
to detail
- Basic understanding of Adwords and the online marketing industry
- Self driven and results oriented
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:
