- Qualifications Required:
... High qualified in Computer Science with experience of not less than 5 years or an appropriate higher qualification (university) experience not less than 7 years

Tools and programming languages:
- Proficiency in programming using the tools of private Oracle J Developer
- Proficiency in programming languages Java - HTML - XML

Operating System:
Good experience in the use of the Windows operating system Windows

Courses are required:
- Appropriate courses in the languages of object-oriented programming Object Oriented
- Courses in the use of appropriate tools especially Oracle J Developer
- Appropriate courses in programming languages Java - HTML - XML - ASP - C # - Bit talf - Share point - Msvisual studio web

Experience Required:
- Experience in developing web pages and e-services in particular government
- Experience in the development of practical systems on the Internet using Microsoft tools
- Experience in the development of application systems using the tools of ORACLE
- Experience in the writing of financial systems and administrative systems, preferably municipalities (licenses - Lands)
- To participate in the design of some systems or at least one system
