Job Title

Workshop Co-ordinator

Job Description : CIGMA India Conducts Career Guidance, Study Skills & Memory Skills Workshops at Schools and Colleges. The Workshops are generally conducted at Schools, Colleges, Open Houses and at CIGMA Office. The Job of the Co-ordinator will be to...

(1) Organize the requirements for the workshop - Logistics, Stationary, etc..
(2) Be Part of the Workshop and ensure all help to the Speaker/s in conducting the activities of the workshop
(3) Take Photos / Videos of the Workshop. Catalog them.
(4) Communicate any/all information before, during and after the workshop to the participants

(5) All other activities directly linked to the workshop.

Note : Workshops are generally in Bangalore. If required, may have to travel outside Bangalore also. Certain areas where the candidate is not experienced, training will be given.

Qualification : Graduate with a strong interest in working with people.

Expected Qualities : Hard Working, On Time, Go Getter attitude, Good English - Written and Verbal, Computer Knowledge - MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel ( Basic ), Quick learning ability.

Salary : For Freshers and less than 1 year experience Rs.8,000/- plus Incentives & allowance (to be discussed during interview process). Salary is not a constraint for experienced persons.

Marketing & Sales Executive

Job Description : 

(1) Sourcing and Contacting Schools & Colleges ( PUC, Degree, Engineering ) for conducting Career Guidance & Study Skills workshops. 

(2) Promoting workshop at Schools and Colleges through Email, Phone & Visit to the Institution. 

(3) Visit Schools / Colleges and finalize programs

(4) Travel within Bangalore and outside (depending on requirement, not a must)

Qualification : Graduate. Preferably BBM/MBA.

Expected Qualities : 

(1) Think Sales, Eat Sales, Drink Sales, Sleep Sales and Make Sales !!.

(2) Good English ( Clear, Convincing, Smiling ). 

(3) Computer Knowledge - MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel (Basic)

(4) Quick learning ability.

Salary : 

For Freshers : Rs.8,000/- plus Incentives ( per sale commission ) + Allowance - A good candidate can make upto Rs.20,000/- a month.

For 1-2 years Experience : Rs.12,000/- plus Incentives ( per sale commission ) + Allowance - A good experienced person can make Rs.30,000/- a month.
