· Must Have: Strong server side J2EE skills with Apache My SQL
· Must Have: Experience on large scale systems where millions of concurrent users access the system
· Nice To Have: Experience of No SQL (MongoDB or Dynamo)
· Significant experience working with large-scale systems
· Several years of Hands-on software development experience, writing clean re-useable code, test-driven development, and continuous integration
· Familiarity with the LAMP stack
· Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly dynamic fast-paced environment
· Great communication, time-management, and teamwork skills
· UI or Web Developers are NOT encouraged
· Expectations are that candidates are not only striving for code correctness but striving for performance.
