General skills
* ISTQB Advance TM preferred
* Experience of working abroad
* Excellent in English
* Experience of working with projects in the financial business
*Must from Banking & Financial background
Should have client Interface exp.
Should have good knowledge at testing practices & hands on experience in implementing TCoE
Understands client requirements and can come up with a suitable testing framework/solution
Good knowledge on
Estimation methodologies, Test Plan/Approach, Test Report preparation
Knowledge on SLA, Metrics
Knowledge on Automation, Performance
Should
have some technical background and should have worked on Agile
methodology. Also should be well aware of project management processes

* Good communication, time management and multi-tasking skills.
* Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Good analytical, diagnostic and creative problem solving skills.
* Should have Handled a team from 15 to 50 Members
