4 + years of administration and development experience on Database Design and Development in SQL server 2005/2000 system in OLTP and OLAP environment.

* At least 4 years of experience in SSIS of MS SQL Server.

* Excellent command on SQL SERVER 2008.

* Sufficient Data modeling experience

* Expert in designing and implementing relational database model as per business needs.

* In-depth knowledge of Transact-SQL (DDL, DML).

* Expert in creating indexes, Views, complex Stored Procedures, user defined functions, cursors, derived tables, common table expressions (CTEs) and Triggers to facilitate efficient data manipulation and data consistency.

* Excellent skills in implementing ETL Packages using DTS and SSIS 2008/ 2005.

* Proficient in implementing commonly used transformations available on the SSIS toolbox.

* Experience in creating master and child packages, package configurations and logging.

* Excellent knowledge of using variables and expressions in packages.

* Experience in writing VB scripts in script component task.

* Migrated DTS packages to SSIS and modified using DTS editor wizard.

* Experience in Data Extraction, Transforming and Loading (ETL) between Homogenous and Heterogeneous System using any of the SQL tools (SSIS, DTS, Bulk Insert, BCP, XML).

* Experience in Importing/Exporting Data from various data sources like Excel, Oracle ,DB2 and Flat file using DTS utility. Involved in transformation of OLTP data to the Data Warehouse using DTS and SQL commands.

* Experience in creating Jobs, Alerts, SQL Mail Agent, and schedule DTS/SSIS Packages.
