For example: DBMS software upgrades, administrative tooling upgrades, rollout new standards, generate infrastructure management reports, etc. adhere to specified processes & procedures (e.g. call handling guidelines, escalation process, change management, problem management, technical support activities, etc.). initiate prompt discussion with the Operations Team Leader, Service Manager on an as needs basis with to resolve any issues, problems or concerns ensure all user problems and work requests are appropriately logged, tracked and closed in the problem tracking system (ITSM/Maximo)
