Skill Set required
Job Responsibility:
· Primary responsibility is to provide business triage management on business bridge lines for production impacting incidents.
· Drive effective triage utilizing key support tools and references to ensure understanding and related impacts and risk.
· Hold business partners, subject matter experts and technical partners accountable during restoral activities
· Ensure proper escalation process is carried out
· Timely and accurate business communications are created and proper documentation of the incident is done
· Works closely with business and technical resources ensuring critical timelines are met
· Represent incidents in operational status, review meetings and also during post problem review and follow up
· Should be able to interact effectively with teammates, management and partners and work with a sense of urgency as well as have the ability to multi-task
· Monitor online incident dashboard and performing the appropriate follow up based on pre-defined criteria
Desirable skills
· Strong knowledge of technology terms and concepts used in a global corporate environment, how they are implemented.
· Ability to relate and connect technology to how it is used in supporting business processes and explain to stakeholders in clear business terms
· Ability to work effectively in high pressure situations, on an ongoing basis
· Proven ability to learn fast and share knowledge with others
· Assertive and decisive character with excellent leadership and discussion facilitation skills
· Outstanding English language skills, both verbal and written
· Should be able to lead and carry out a conversation in English, over the phone, with a global set of participants
· Clearly and concisely write and edit incident communications for audiences varying in seniority and role (e.g. technical and business).
· Excellent client service and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build partnerships across organizational and geographical boundaries
· Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
Highly Desirable
· Knowledge in ITIL Concepts (specifically Incident and Problem management)
Interviews on Saturday, May 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Experience
1 to 5 years of IT experience
