Principal Architect	Experience in Mobile Strategy Development Minimum 5 years in enterprise mobility solutions Experience in EMM, MDM solutions Deep expertise in Hybrid Mobile Application Development Knowledge in iOS and Android developments. Must have server side knowledge
Principal Architect	Service Oriented Architecture , Design Patterns, Experience in No SQL, Experience in architecting large OLTP (online transaction processing) application. Experience in Java/JEE/Spring/Hibernate and other open source technologies. At least 5-6 years of architecture experience. Only interested in candidates from banking or airline background.
Solution Architect	Experience in Solution Architecture Experience in designing large OLTP applications Experience in Capturing and defining architecture mechanims to support NFRs Experience in OOAD, UML Experience in Service Oriented Architecuture Hands on Experience in Spring Framework, JEE, Java and other open source tools.

Solution Architect	5 years’ experience in architecting and developing SharePoint Portal and Document Management Projects. · 3 years’ experience in architecting enterprise portal solutions on SharePoint 2013 and Office 365 – SharePoint Online · Strong experience on architecting SharePoint 2013 Client side projects using Angular,JQuery and SharePoint REST API’s · Strong experience in SharePoint 2013 App model and client side development/deployment – Both on-premises and in Azure platform · Good architectural skills on search capabilities like FAST search/SharePoint 2013 search and SPO online search · Experience on social platforms such as Yammer integrations with SharePoint is also required. · Must have architected migration from older SharePoint versions to either SP 2013 or to Office 365 – SharePoint online · Strong knowledge on governance implementation of SharePoint both on-premises and SharePoint online.
