Technical Lead - Dot Net
Required Skill Sets:
Technical Skills:
* 5 to 7 Years of experience in using .Net
* C#, ASP.Net 2.0, MS SQL, AJAX, Javascript
* Experience working with implementation or supporting .Net Web and Windows applications
* Excellent understanding software life cycle and quality processes.
* Application Development Tools, Design tools, testing and debug tools, code review and optimising tools
* Very strong OO background (NOT learned thru VB)
* Excellent knowledge and proven experience in using Design patterns
* Microsoft Certification is a plus
Soft skills:
* Excellent Communication skills both written and oral
* Good Knowledge of Technologies
* Pleasing personality, ready to work under Pressure.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Description:
Analyze new business requirements and determine appropriate technical solutions.
* Provide time / resource estimates for assigned projects
* Involvement in creating detailed technical design specs
* Technical leadership of assigned project, Coach and mentor more junior team members
* Should be able to design work units, allocate to the team and track the progress quantitatively
* Write and review documentation needed for usage, maintenance and installation of applications and solutions.
Experience : 5 to 8 years
