Must fully understand the DFX like performance, scalability, flexibility, availability, usablity requirements and create proper design of classess and components. Should use developer tools like automated unit testing, code refactoring and continuous integration to ensure high quality product is delivered. Should interact with the product requirements analyst and architects and with global team. Must perform critical design reviews and IP potential analysis based on industry needs and create new product ideas. B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA with 5yrs or above strong hands on experience in development in below areas. .NET 3.x 4.0, ASP.NET, C#, WCF, Javascript, XML, SOAP, OOPS, Design patterns. Preferable to have skills on XAML , WPF/Silverlight. Should have good understanding of SQL and Database systems[like SQL Server, Oracle]. Must understand the Windows Security model and Internet secure standards like PKI, SSL. Sharepoint webpart and portal development experience is an advantage. Should have understanding of Enterprise Service Bus, Biztalk, EAI and SOA principles. Must be familiar with Agile development principles and SDLC and CMMI process standards.
