4. FREE Security Guard Training & Placement for Rural Youths by Govt. of India
   Application Criteria:
   
   • Only youth from BPL families can apply
   • The candidate must be between 20-35 years
   • Male candidate height must be 5’7” and female 5’4”
   • Candidate must be X or VIII pass but preferred X pass
   • Candidate can be placed anywhere in India and should be ready for it
   • Candidate must have good character and no police record
   Training:
   
   • FREE 1 month Training (with boarding & lodging) @ Tops International Security Academy offices across India.
   • Free of cost training and placement
   • The cost of the travel (second class train/ bus fare) to the academy will be reimbursed  on presentation of ticket
   • Free boarding and lodging at the academy
   • Training will be imparted by experienced and qualified trainers
   • The training will be imparted as per the norms of PSAR act

   Applicant Criteria:

   • Candidate must be VIII pass to pursue course 7

   • The candidate will undergo residential training in NAC campus, Hyderabad
   • The duration of the training will be three – three and half month
