Location: MN.

Duration:6+ months.

Only local to MN -à F2F required:

these new positions have different managers that are not nearly as picky. If you have any local resources who are strong in .Net, you could send them to me as they are looking for more than one .Net developer. Local MN candidates as they want to do in person interviews.

NET Developers

Programming Skills:

            .NET 3.5 and 4.0, C# 3.0, MVC, web services, design patterns, XML, HTML-4.0, XHTML-1.1, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX

Development Tools:

Visual Studio 2010, ReSharper

Operating Systems:

            Windows 7, Windows-XP, Linux-9.x, Vista

Web/Application Severs:

            IIS 7

Database:

            Oracle-10.x , SQL

Other Skills:

            Understanding of Section 508 Compliance and implications to web development, Agile practices (e.g. TDD, unit tests, pair programming), web standards, browser compatibility related issues, security and authentication.
