Eligibility:
- BE/BTech from 2009/2010 batch (ANY branch)
- A minimum of 12 months working experience (ANY industry)
Job Role:
Engage with eLitmus customers, understand their hiring needs, devise a strategy to fulfill the need and then execute the same.
This also would require a strong understanding on talent supply chain at campus level and engaging the two.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Should be able to build and keep year long relationship with colleges and their students.
- Should understand the campus market scenarios.
- Interacting with senior members from HR and Technical departments of various corporates.
Desired Skillset:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Extremely high on aptitude (you may be asked to solve logical reasoning questions and puzzles in interviews)
