Job Responsibilities

Procurement Shared Services Specialist - Buyer: Graduate in any discipline with 2 - 4 years of experience in End to End Procurement / Supply Chain Management (Direct / Indirect Procurement). Knowledge of P2P tools - end user functionality, In depth knowledge of purchase to pay processes Adhere to all organizational procurement policies and procedures, Excellent communication, negotiation and follow up skills Ability to manage level 2 escalations and resolution with internal stake holders Team Leader (TL) / Assistant Manager (AM) / Manager: Graduate in any discipline with 4 - 6 years (TL candidate) / 7 - 9 years (AM candidate) / 10 - 13 years (Manager candidate) of experience in End to End Procurement / Supply Chain Management (Direct / Indirect Procurement). Prior experience of working as Buyer in a highly variable demand environment Proficiency in ERP/P2P systems, RFP/, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (RQ) In depth knowledge of purchase to pay, sourcing & procurement management processes & best practices Currently should be managing a team of minimum 5 members(TL candidate) / 20 members(AM candidate) / 50 members(Manager candidate) Should be able to handle escalations both within the team and from the internal stake holders Strong leadership skills in a client-facing environment, Coaching & Mentoring skills & Willingness to travel Engineering shared Services: Engineer: Graduate in any discipline with 2 – 5 years of experience as Doc Control Analyst or NPI/ECO Engineer or Component Engineer or Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer or Quality Engineer or in Environmental Compliance in a BPO or Manufacturing set up Experience in managing ECOs (Engineering Change Order) for manufacturing sites across the globe Knowledge of environmental regulations like RoHS, REACh etc and IPC 1752 formats and tools. Experience in SMT Programming, DfM, DfA, SPC, Visual aids, Work Instructions Proficiency in Excel, PLM tools, ERP Experience in client handling would be an added advantage Excellent supplier follow up skills Team Leader (TL) / Assistant Manager (AM): Graduate in any discipline with 5 – 7 years (TL candidate) / 7 - 9 years (AM candidate) of experience as Doc Control Analyst or NPI/ECO Engineer or Component Engineer or Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer or Quality Engineer or in Environmental Compliance in a BPO or Manufacturing set up. Should be currently handling a team of minimum 5 engineers (TL candidate) / 10 engineers(AM candidate) Experience using Agile or any PLM system for ECO (Engineering Change Order) - creation, reviewing , routing, tracking, releasing and distribution Knowledge of environmental regulations like RoHS, REACh etc and IPC 1752 formats and tools. Experience in SMT Programming, DfM, DfA, SPC, Visual aids, Work Instructions Proficiency in Excel, PLM tools, ERP Excellent Client Management skills Strong Leadership Skills Assistant Manager – Project Management: Graduate in any discipline with 7 – 9 years of experience in Engineering, of which at least 5 years in Project management Certification in PMP would be preferred Strong knowledge of Product Data Management (ECO, MCO, BOM, AML), any PLM tool, any ERP tool – SAP, Baan. Strong knowledge in MS Project, Excel, Power Point Excellent Client Management skills Willingness to travel For all the above positions, candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
