Job Description | Desired Candidate Profile
• Candidate should have a strong exposure to contact center work force management. • Minimum 4-5 years of experience of WFM • Must have hands on experience in Forecasting and scheduling. • Should be aware of forecasting principles and hands on experience in forecasting contact center volumes. • Should have managed the creation of schedules for representatives. • Workforce Tool knowledge of Aspect is a must. • Excellent communication - oral and written skills. • Willingness to work in evening shifts. • Banking knowledge with experience in North American centers will be an added advantage. • Strong excel knowledge.
Job Description
• Liaising with Forecasting/Scheduling and Real time team. • Liaising with onsite client and attending client meeting. • Ensure that the forecasting principles are applied to generate contact center forecast. • Responsible for generating agent schedules and vacation management. • Proactively taking required steps to ensure Service level/Occupancy is met • Performing analysis on need base. • Value addition to the current process by giving required input. • Hands on experience on Microsoft tools. Strong working knowledge in Excel. |
