         Liaising with Forecasting/Scheduling and Real time team.

         Liaising with onsite client and attending client meeting.

         Ensure that the forecasting principles are applied to generate contact center forecast.

         Responsible for generating agent schedules and vacation management.

         Proactively taking required steps to ensure Service level/Occupancy is met

         Performing analysis on need base.

         Value addition to the current process by giving required input.

         Hands on experience on Microsoft tools. Strong working knowledge in Excel.
