Seeking Informatica ETL developers/Sr. Developers for design and development of a Business Intelligence program. The ETL Developer will help drive ETL maturity by improving development process and implementing best practices used in delivery of ETL objects and responsible for developing the design and development of end to end ETL solutions. This role includes consulting and coordinating with several IT team to develop ETL solution alternatives and translating client business requirements into specific technical systems/applications designs for complex solutions using an integrated data integration architecture. A key component is the ability to work with and influencing multiple cross functional teams within IT on the right solutions. Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and performs in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, external laws and accreditation standards as they relate to the organization.
Required Skills:
· 5 to 10 years of experience in designing and development in a data warehousing and business intelligence environment using Informatica as Data integration tool
· 5+ years of experience in development and support of Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and/or reporting solutions
· Advance Informatica skills such as experience with Invoking PowerCenter Connects for JMS, Working with XML sources and Targets, Informatica RT web services
· Strong programming experience with SQL especially using Oracle databases (including using Analytic functions)
· Solid experience in Unix shell scripting (besides calling Informatica workflows through a shell script, for example: using shell scripts to manipulate files, creating parameters, invoking recursive calls)
· Job scheduling experience using Tivoli and/or AutoSys
· Strong experience in Data Quality, Source Systems Analysis, Business Rules Validation, Source Target Mapping Design, Performance Tuning, and High Volume Data Loads
· Self-starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to solve problems from an ETL viewpoint
· Must have excellent oral/written communications, organizational and interpersonal skills
· Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple concurrent tasks and adapt to changing priorities
· Healthcare claims/data knowledge is a plus

Seeking strong Data Modelers to develop solutions for standardizing, integrating, and maximizing the value of IT modeling across the enterprise. Essential Functions include, develop modeling standards, best practices, and guidelines; Lead the development of data models for large, complex projects and to ensure that project information conforms to corporate information architecture standards; Work with business clients to analyze business information requirements and translate into logical and physical model designs; Collaborate with application delivery teams including business clients, data analysts, data modelers, ETL developers, DBA's, and report developers
Required Skills:
· 5+ years of experience in data/information modeling, specifically in entity-relationship and dimensional modeling· Experience in the different modeling levels and disciplines - enterprise and solution(project level) modeling, business-facing and IT-facing modeling, business, application · Experience in different modeling languages and notations - Information Engineering, etc. · Experience with CA Erwin · Experience with RDBMS such as Oracle, DB2, Teradata, etc. · Excellent problem solving, time management, communications, and presentation skills · Strong customer focus with a demonstrated ability to work closely with technical teams and business users alike · Deep rooted knowledge in Relational Database Constructs/Concepts · Has a strong knowledge in use of Database Constraints (Indexing Concepts) · Responsible for the creation of Conceptual, Logical, Physical Models, supporting model management activities on the enterprise level, participating in creation of the data quality standards and data domains. · Experience in Healthcare domains is a plus.
· Experience in general domains: Employee Data Model, Finance Data Model (PeopleSoft), Sales/Marketing Model is a plus.
