Requirement:  • At least 6+ years of experience combining analysis, design, development and implementation of OO and /or distributed component based applications • Real delivery experience with the .NET framework including C# , ASP.NET , SQL Server • Leadership experience in assessing staff skill levels, prioritizing work & assigning it appropriately, directing team in specific project activities, estimation, and facilitating career development • Experience of handling a team of 8-10 • Must have gone through the entire SDLC (at least one big project) • Hands on experience in Ajax, CSS, HTML • Strong hands on experience in SQL Server (Design, Normalization, demoralization etc..) • Excellent mentorship skills and translate same to team. • Responsible for creating technical design, coding standards and provides frameworks for product engineering and enforces them through reviews. • Recommend, evaluate tools, frameworks and technologies used in the product as well as development. • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Good to have experience on WPF, WCF & Build Automation   Process:
