Position Information
The Implementation Team Lead is an individual with a solid accounting and/or software background combined with significant delivery experience implementing CPM or Finance ERP solutions in a large company environment. The candidate will work with 'Global 2000' customers who are utilizing their products and services to expand and improve their capabilities to meet today's CPM challenges. Their consultants work directly with customers during the implementation process to consult in the design, building, testing and knowledge transfer of a wide range of financial analysis and reporting tools.
This full-time position consists of project based work. The typical implementation project is 3-5 months in duration. Travel of 60-80% is required. Communication, organization and leadership skills are a must. Experience with software implementations a plus.
Qualifications
" 5 years of industry experience implementing CPM and / or financial ERP solutions in a large company environment
" 3 years prior experience and a proven track record leading large project teams in application design, build and testing phases of an implementation
Responsibilities
" Lead customer and their staff in the build, testing and rollout phases of a customer implementation project
" Setup, configure and unit-test components of customer solutions " Manage system testing and rollout activities " Provide direction and mentoring to both customer and their project staff " Communicate in a professional manner " Demonstrate professionalism and solid consulting skills
